The brand always makes sure that we meet up the standards of our customer’s expectations and strive to perform better than before, but unfortunately there are many situations which occur,but still we are here to help you out in those as well.

We accept the returns or exchanges in the following conditions-

Size fitness issue– Although the size showed in size chart is true and best of our knowledge,but in any case it does not fits the customer,we are happy to exchange it with the other one.
Damage item received – The quality delivered by our brand is upto mark but there is a possibility of any damage during the process of transit or delivery,in that case,you can request for return or exchange.

Following are the easy steps to request your return/exchange-

Step-1 – After you find that the product delivered to you does not meets up to your standard,you need to inform us regarding the same via G-mail at contact@gozzip.co.in or +91-9926393888 within 48 hours of delivery.

Step-2 – Our service provider will respond you as soon as possible and record your return/exchange.

Step-3- After informing our service provide,kindly courier us the product at our registered office address (mentioned below) within 7 days of delivery. Please make a note that the second way courier charges are additional and hence are to be bear by the customer itself.

Step-4- Once the product is been received by us,it will undergo a quality inspection. If the quality check is approver,we will notify it’s status to you via your original contact method (either via mail or whatsapp)

Step-5 (Refund) – If you have requested for refund, then cost of shipping plus reverse pickup charges will be deducted from the refund and if u are eligible for free shipping we do bear shipping charges per package i.e (rs 150) minimum upto 2 products or additionally 75rs per addition product.

Step-6 — Sale item are not eligible for exchange due to extremely low price .

Exchange– If you requested for exchange it with a different size,then it will be subjected to the availability of the item available at the present time. Please make sure that the replacement are only acceptable in size issues or manufacturing defects.

Please note the following points regarding return/exchange-

• The item should not be used,washed or ironed by the customer.
• The item should be into the original packet and box used in courier should be sealed.
• Any loss of damage,if caused in the courier,has to be born by the customer itself
• The exchanges are always subjected to the present availability,if the desired size is not available then the amount will be reverted into your bank accounts.
• The cost incurred in sending the courier to our official address has to be born by the customer itself as these are additional charges which are not included in the price of the item.
• If the item(s) is found with a manufacturing defect,then the company is responsible for the exchange of the product at our expenses.You will be notified regarding the status of the same.
